The Plan – Oxford City Council consultation

The Wolvercote Neighbourhood Forum has formally submitted our draft Neighbourhood Development Plan, together with supporting documents to Oxford City Council, as the Local Planning Authority, for the Plan to be made available for public consultation.

The public consultation period on the Wolvercote Neighbourhood Plan runs for 6 weeks from Tuesday 9th October to Tuesday 20th November 2018. The Neighbourhood Development Plan together with the associated supporting documents will be available to view both on the City Council’s website. Paper copies of these documents can be viewed at the following three venues:

  • The White Hart, Wolvercote, 126 Godstow Road, Wolvercote, Oxford, OX2 8PQ
  • Summertown Public Library, 17 South Parade, Summertown, Oxford OX2 7JN
  • Oxford City Council’s Offices at St. Aldates Chambers, 109-113 St. Aldates, Oxford, OX1 1DS

Representations should be made via the City Council’s website using the form provided, completed on-line and returned to the Planning Policy Team (email: planningpolicy@oxford.gov.uk)

The ‘Plan Proposal’ together with the representations received during the public consultation period will then be passed on to the appointed Inspector when the Plan is submitted for Examination. If you would like to be notified when a decision on the Neighbourhood Plan has been made please include a formal ‘request to be notified’ as part of your representation.
